Data we process
We may process your name, contact details, stay dates and party composition, accommodation preferences, budget, purchase or investment objectives, message content and any information needed to respond. Fields marked * are required to prepare a complete enquiry; all other fields are optional.
How the forms work
The forms on this website do not submit or store data in an SGC database. Once completed, they prepare a message on the user’s device and open WhatsApp. Data is shared with SGC only if the user chooses to send that message. Until then, it remains in the user’s browser.
Purposes and legal bases
Data is used to reply to enquiries, suggest stays or properties, arrange viewings and take pre-contractual steps requested by the individual; the legal basis is taking steps at the data subject’s request before entering into a contract. Data may also be processed to meet legal obligations and, where permitted, to protect SGC’s rights and ensure service security and continuity. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
Recipients and external services
Data may be accessed by authorised SGC staff and collaborators and, where necessary, by professionals involved in an enquiry or transaction, technical providers and competent authorities. If you choose WhatsApp, the message is also processed by WhatsApp/Meta under its own privacy notice; the service may involve processing or international transfers managed by that provider. External services open only at the user’s request.
Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are kept for the time needed to reply and manage the contact and, as a rule, no longer than 24 months after the last communication. If a contract is formed, relevant data and documents are retained for the periods required by tax, accounting and property law or needed to protect legal rights.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, updating, deletion or restriction of your data and object to processing where provided by law. You may also request portability where applicable. Contact

Security and technical data
